Frogfoot - terrible service

Very frustrating service from Frogfoot. Went down on Thursay afternoon around 16h00, it is currently 10h00 on Friday and still not back up for the entire Hartenbos area.

I have been having nothing but a bad time with Frogfoot, having had them for 3 months, multiple complaints and tickets. I am hoping for any other operator to become active in the area, looking to get away from them as soon as I can.

I stopped counting the amount of times the business line was down today - pathetic.

Full disclosure: I just saw that my total ISP FrotFoot bill will be over 16% more from next month.

Edit: Re-grading fees for downgrades?! Have you gone completely bonkers - that is the most made-up crap that I have ever heard of! Anti-consumer like crazy.
