yarp. and the worst part is that axxess keeps saying "our and frogfoot engineers are investigating".
re: SUPERSONIC in my experience has been the worst provider / company ive ever had to deal with in my life (and im not even joking on that). support puts the phone down on you (when being polite) eventualy all my calls started with "my office is 2 buildings away from your weltevreeden office block, if you put the phone down on me i'll come over there and find you". that was the ONLY way to get anywhere with them. still took like 11 months to resolve my issue :
- was on nepic wisp, supersonic bought them, got moved to supersonic,
- really bad internet (hence support)
- eventualy tried canceling
- continued being billed for a few more months
- couldnt get my money back from them even if their system showed i canceled at the same time as i did (so not even a "oops you didnt cancel" type thing
- EVENTUALY got my money back
was a little over 11 months of headache. spent about R3000 on airtime with them as well
so over all... goooooooood luck. you gonna need it.
