Frontosa resellers BEWARE!

You cannot compare Frontosa with Sahara. It would be very unfair to sahara. Frontosa's standards are too high for any supplier to get to. and YES thank you to Frances, Steven which is excellent sales people (quoted from Sapphiron) and Michael that always helps me when I phone with a problem even of a product they don't sell he helps me and Eddie that runs the branch like a pro. So to anyone that has issues with them, go get some rest and relax and re-think your statements.

oh yeah... Frontosa is very calm about the account overdue...just think what a BANK would have done???

Credit Terms

Hi,
After the initial registration clients will be treated as COD.

After that the client is invited to request an account with our financial department.

Dependant upon credit amount requested, client relationship to date, and references we will offer or decline.

In short - yes it is something we do offer, after a relationship has been established.

Thanks.

IamAnnoyed

You disgust me !

I don't know you or the company involved. The fact that u received something in Feb and never paid it then claim not to know anything about it is just sad. To top it all you then go on a smear campaign and sensationalize the whole episode. Making the company look bad. This all due to you not knowing that you need to pay for services rendered or you choose not to and then cry when they take collection steps. I have this funny feeling your still a child so you'll still learn allot in life. If not that means your a Grown-up that can't handle credit and need to make a urgent plan to get yourself sorted !

/ end of rant

Arguing with a customer is pointless as any good salesman will tell you. You stuffed up. I mean 40 minutes to print something for a customer is just pathetic. Just be humble and apologise and you may still have an old customer and win some new ones.
As it stands, you compnay name is now burned into my memory as a problem which I will avoid.
Hi,
Again to the original complainant for the delay in invoicing, I do apologize, and if the member would like to discuss this further i urge him to contact me.

As we are in an wholesale environment invoices are only generated after an internal picking process.

You said any good salesman will tell them something about arguing with clients. Well I’m a Great Sales Woman and I sometimes argue with clients.
Alarm bells ringing already.

You just happened to hear about the problem and thought you would register here on the forum and give your point of view. Ja, right!

btw maybe I have clients that reads forums or maybe I have friends in retails that reads this and told me that one of my suppliers are being attacked by idiots. so yes i did register today because i have the right to say my say like you did. If you can't handle it...shame

Your Frontosa style attitude is showing already.

Fi Fo Fum ...:D Don't bump your head ...

I agree there with you Skeptic, sounds very much like a "need to get some good publicity" out of this... Why suddenly out of the blue register, unless of course her "friends" that mentioned it to her/him were from Frontosa... then that would explain that!

@Frontosa: I see where IamAnnoyed is coming from, seems he is doing this because you did not let him know at the time that there was a problem. Fair enough, perhaps you may have let him know before that...but why did you not let him know the day he shipped/placed the order that there was a problem? It seems like a simple complaint, not letting him know which lead to frustration on his side. Swearing, yes it's not nice but does not warrant closing his account. You could have asked him not to swear, and given him a warning.

@IAmAnnoyed: Frontosa had the right to not ship the order, this is fair and is what any company would do. Buy, you gave them warning, this again is fair on your part. You were ignored, I would have reacted the same way, so this is fair. You say you are happy with the outcome, so I recommend now that you have your items and have had your say...that you end it here and dont use them again. It's simple...

Seems to me both sides are merely just being hard headed!

Skeptik...i feel so sorry for you
Don't, because if you do, you will have to feel sorry for me as well. I would not go onto some strange forum, register and then start posting in support of one of my suppliers because someone said they were being attacked. That seems very unlikely and far too convenient for me.

Trying to say that Sahara has worse service then Frontosa feels like you are trying to deflect and sully someone else's name. We have dealt with quite a few suppliers (Not Frontosa) and Sahara is the best when it comes to service.

IamAnnoyed may have been at fault with some of his allegations but some of the comments from FrontosaCPT also don't ring true. For example. they say he sent a courier and he says it was delivered.

The moment they alerted to the fact that the money was outstanding, he paid. What should have happened was that Frontosa Sales should not have allowed the order if there was a problem with the account, not waited until a courier arrived to collect the goods before raising a stink. For that, they were at fault.

It takes two to tango and neither party is looking clean here. I for one will not be dealing with Frontosa purly because of their stance. They should have gone out of their way to resolve the problem, I know, I have dealt with lots of really bad clients before. Having lawyers contact the client is the worst that one could do. Why should I take a chance of buying from them if there is a potential for a lawyer to get involved because I complain about something (rightly or wrongly).

Agreed

Edit - Let me add that the one who stands to lose the most here is Frontoza. All they had to do was a bit of sorry, we messed up, we weren't totally at fault but we do our best. Instead, they get lawyers to contact the client.

Agreed here too!

Frontosa have admitted that they cut him off as the account was closed, and IamAnnoyed has complained that his mail/warning was ignored. Instead Frontosa pull in lawyers....

IamAnnoyed has expressed that he will leave it as is...suggest Frontosa do the same. They stand to lose much more of their repuation if they take it further...

Well what a big hoo-ha!

I have never dealt with this Frontosa lot, and after all this will certainly not do so. Where is the love? It seems that mostly it is the Frontosa admin that cocked up, but even if IamAnnoyed made the odd mistake, to haul in some lawyers when a person makes a comment on Hellopeter is plain pathetic. Wussies! Nothing he has said seems unprovable, so why now try to be the big heavies with a spurious "lawyer" threat? Stuff your lawyer. You have no case.

And to the rude forum noobs shouting the odds - go take your "sympathy" some other place.

I have seen on more than one occasion people using this and other forums to threaten companies thinking that they will get swift results. In some cases it could be dealt with by going through the correct channels and not launching a full blown mini smear campaing usually resulting in both the company and client feeling hard done by.

I my experience a company can benefit greatly by adopting an attitude of "what can be do to make it right" even if they feel they are in the right in the first place, especially in a public forum such as this one. Being defensive or agressive just does them harm. While I understand that a public forum such as this one can be over the top, it's how the company handles it that turns it into a good or bad reflection on the company.

Edit - Threads like this can end up being an advert for companies if handled correctly.

I totally agree. From a customer relations view it never pays to "get an attitude" with a client (Like Mango Durban), even if you are right. Be consistent and resolve the issue at hand.
