Have two non stick pans. One has a lot of the non stick gone (probably in my system as we speak) and the small pan now has a couple scratches. I'm utterly clueless about kitchen stuff. Just want a decent versatile pan that will last awhile and won't cost an arm and a leg.
Considering stainless steel (is Legend okay?) but worried about sticking. A teflon job is easy to use but clearly going to be scratched by me at some point (although maybe my lesson has been learned). There's neoflam pans which sound pretty good but in doing some research it seems there's some question over their safety as well?
Any suggestions?
