FTP Client (watch feature)

Hi

Does anyone know of a program that can be used to watch an FTP server and auto transfers once the files get changed on server side, once successfully downloaded the file must be deleted from server ?

FileZilla works great but doesnt have the watch feature.

I have a seedbox and RSS downloads already to the FTP Server , now just want to automate the process of getting the files on my pc.

Nope not aware of anything, usually in this case you would use rsync as it does it really well. Rsync does support ftp as well and should be perfect for this.

Auto ftp manager was the only free one I found. Use it for exactly that purpose. It checks every hour and downloads files, then deletes them.
