FTTH tech questions

Hi,

I am going to a presentation soon about a potential FTTH rollout in my area.
Apart from the obvious questions like price, contract period, speeds, bandwidth etc etc are there are important burning questions (probably technical) that I should ask to avoid being bamboozled by a slick sales person.

Is it FTTH or FTTC (to the curb). Just make sure on that.

Also is it Open Network (Can you choose your ISP).
Is it uncapped/bundled with data?
How is p2p treated?
Limiting after how much?
What is the international throughput guaranteed at?

Just off the top of my head.

Also - will other ISP providers (e.g. Vodacom, with their IPTV) be willing to allow access from a 'foreign' fibre network provider?
