Angus Hay, Neotel’s chief technology officer, said that he would not be surprised to see fibre to the home within the next two years, but made it clear that this should not be taken as a planned launch date of residential fibre services by Neotel.
This begs a question. He expects that densely populated areas such as gated villages and business parks will experience the benefits of FTTX first.
Lol. Yea after the "Begining of 2007", Middle "2007", "End 2007", "Coming soon" BS from Neotel they will probably not ever set a date down again.

Imagine two years from now precisely Myadsl's calender shows (were supposed to have fibre by now).
I shall really be suprised if in two years time there is any residential fibre products out here in za.
