Yep.

I can see a cellphone mast that is used by Cell C, Vodacom and MNET and an big fat Eskom tower from my stoep and not forgetting the Telkom microwave tower in Bellvile blasting out over the area ... since the 3 previous owners of my home have not contracted brain cancer or died yet or killed their families in their sleep I think I stand a good chance.

People are just ****ing hysterical over crap I reckon ... tomorrow it will be baby seals again.

And seals are so old school its the bears man the freaking polar bears. :eek: They are melting....meeeelting I say. :D

LOL! Will do..... am actually compiling a photo album that will have a lot of the weird stuff going on around here.... deliberate water run-offs etc. and truly weird mast things stuck on roofs.... not your normal stuff at all....

As some of you may be aware my pc is both monitored and controlled by..... hmm... well, you say tomatoes and I say tomatoes..... so posting pics on the actual PC would be a trifle difficult to say the least .. (said in true loony style).
When I have enough interesting stuff you think theres a chance I could drag capn wifi out from hiding to have a look at it and explain to me wassup?
I have to think that a lot of what i find strange has probably got a perfectly logical explanation ja... that is spelled l o g i c a l....as opposed to l e g a l !

It certainly would appear so yes.... though what connection this wastage has to do with the Wireless link-up being set up all over Durban and its surrounds escapes me. Frankly I wish I knew.

If they are not worried about holding their phones to their ears and only the mast, why is there, to my knowledge no hype about nearby tv transmitters?

For example, a 10kW UHF transmitter at 800 MHz will have very similar, maybe even stronger signals at a distance of 1 km than a cellphone tower at 900 MHz at a distance of 100 m.
