Hi all

Need some guidance from the mobile phone gurus.

My phone goes from 60% plus battery to 0 in a second.

Is this a faulty battery? Should I return to Vodacom?

Highly likely a battery fault. You will tear your hair out trying to diagnose all of the possibilities when the odds are 99% that you just have a dud battery. I've been down this road a couple of times with Hisense phones.

Before I jump to conclusions... This isn't a once off occurance? I'm assuming it more or less happens everytime.

I guess I should return the phone to Vodacom then
