mod the wii dude, its easy as pie, step by step tutorials everywhere, my Wii looks like this, playing off a USB drive,Skaap Staat a little far

Yeah I got the vids but I can't update my wii to the latest patch - I just don't think the online support isn't there.
From what I seen online is you need the latest updated software, then you can mod the **** out of it.
It just won't freaking update !! gaaaah !

Awesome thread. Getting some inspiration here.
Only recently moved my setup from the Lounge to a separate room. Currently have PSTV, PS3, PS4(Sony Fanboy) and a modded Wii for the son (Nintendo fanboy) . All consoles are modded so I’m covered for all Sony consoles up to PS4 and all Nintendo consoles up to Wii.
I would still like to add PSOne, PS2 and a WiiU.
I also have Batocera running on a 160GB External on an i5 laptop for my retro fix.
Looking forward to all the updates on here.

I'd suggest the PS2 first, if I recall correctly, it can play PS 1 games as well

Original games only. Need to custom OPL to enable PS1 Games.
That said its easier to run PS1 games on Batocera and any hardware even a PI4 will do.
