Game/console collectors thread

Basically just hold onto your last gen console instead of selling it and it too will one day be worth a ton!
And try and buy the rare games now for PS3 and PS4.

It is nice seeing the value go up but...

I'm more of a collector than anything else.

Not a fan of selling stuff.

I'm halfway between collector and pragmatist. Or, maybe I'll say I'm becoming less of a collector and more of a pragmatist.

In my collector phase, I bought Pokemon games that I had no hope of ever finishing. I mean they just take too much time.

But now I just want a steam deck, and they are expensive, and I have a daughter and a mortgage and all that, so the solution is to sell my collection to pay for the Steam Deck.

I found myself never using my collected stuff. But I think I will use the Steam Deck.

my weakness

Cool. That looks like an RF Box for the Audio/Video though.
It'd be more convenient for the buyer if Dreamcast AV cables were provided instead.

Like these:

that eHawker place looks like some shady pawn shop, its a big star wars bundle but i agree on not even knowing what the console looks like, too dodge
I've bought 2x PS2's from them in the past, without any trouble. But completely understand since it's a closed box item, you really don't know what you're getting. On another topic, does anyone have a PS2 fat network/hdd adapter that they are willing to part ways with?
