Game/console collectors thread

Been enjoying Mario 64. Need to get myself Zelda Ocarina of time. I have it on 3DS, but want to feel the N64 edition.

Need to get that N64 expansion pack thingy for Majoras mask...

Will try to plug it on a CRT over the weekend. Have some weird screen issue that I will post here.
Spend those winnings!!!!

What PS3 do you have?

I have the one where the plastic slips open and you insert the disk. Same with the PS 2.

Each time I insert my disks in to my PS4 or PS5 I have a bit of a fit

I generally use my Super Slim to play games but have a Slim packed away nicely. Slim's not so robust and love em YLOD hence the SS for gaming.

Have a phat PS2 but rarely if ever use its disc tray. Its been Soft modded with Free McBoot and I'm using this puppy with a 1 TB SATA HD running OPL.

To all my fellow collectors:

No I do not work for this place, just an awesome console.

While Mario and Sonic was fighting each other, I had this console with the built in game Alex kidd in miracle world.

Dude could use a bicycle driven helicopter, bike, boat and had quite a few power ups
Had a Master System 2 back in the day. My gran bought it for me from the UK. Couldn't get games locally so Alex the kidd it was. Haha.

Like you guys said, need to get something to better my video:

The difference I found between Composite and S-Video of an N64. This on an LCD screen.

So what is your main connection when you play?
The above was just for testing purposes. The main way I have the system hooked up is S-Video to a PVM. The ideal connection to a PVM would be via RGB but I don't have the console modded for that.

I also have one of those Hyperkin "HDMI" cables. I may use those from time to time when connecting to a modern flatscreen. Those usually catch quite a bit of criticism online but they work fine for what they are. It's not true HDMI. What that cable does is it taps into the N64's S-Video signal. So in reality it's an HDMI to S-Video converter.
The bonus with that cable is that it works on the SNES and Gamecube as well.
