Game/console collectors thread

I am officially giving up.
Does not matter what I do but the PS2 does not work with exFAT HDD

Going back to my old ways, (Format via uLaunch and dump games using HDL batch installer)

Hmmm this might take a while....

Im getting too old for errors.

Preach, I really would have loved to add a larger drive in order to dump all my PS1 & PS2 games onto but seeing that its not playing along I decided to go back to 1TB and leave the PS1 games on Pi.

Maybe one day when I am board I'll try again, maybe then FreeHDBoot will also support exFAT,

Dammit... I want exFAT

Gonna retry. This time round gonna follow this guide:

Seems more complete than other vids I followed. (Include download links)

Happy to report Using above video = 100% success.

OPL now works with exFAT HDD and I can copy my games like a normal person in Windows instead of using crap like PFshell

Extra bonus is that I can now use OPL Manager and edit my games cfg & art directly on the drive instead of constantly having to copy them onto USB and transfer via File Manager on PS2

Edit: Sidenote, I now have an Extra FreeMcBoot Card + FreeHDBoot drive as I did it on my spares. Was not in the mood to redo everything if it failed. :D

exFAT comes at a price...
Grimdoomer's OPL has no PSX support :(
More Like POPstarter cant access exFAT so you need to run them off USB.

Oh and color me impressed on stuffing around I noticed there is a new PS3 update out. Impressive for something thats 2 generations ago.
Seems like it dropped yesterday:

Also there is this:

Busy cleaning out stuff and my old PSP is just lying in a drawer, I should probably sell it or something.

It doesn't have a battery and I'll have to check for the cables, but I'll see if I can get a serial #.
