Logical next step seeing that the store is officially closed:

Lol emulation is cool and all.....Nothing quite beats firing up the old xbox and gaming on that....tempted to sell my current one and find a glitch/RGH load retroarch on that, have a older 360 so DVD hack might be possible as well.

In keeping with the idea of collecting...repairs, can one you of you perhaps answer this below?

* Important Disclaimer : These are non returnable once soldered in . If you heat them up too much , the insides distort and they will not work . If you don't heat them up enough , using Flux and correct temperatures , you will get a cold solder joint , and they will not work . Additionally the Hall effect analog stick needs to be carefully and gently calibrated after install . Calibration involves moving the sensor slightly on each axis , until centered - Incorrect calibration can damage either the sensor or the magnet . Also note the jitter at center is normal for these analog sticks - the console will filter it out

"Once soldered in", bruh, it gets attached with 2 screws. What is this solder kak?

Maybe I should get this one:

No mention of soldering.

I have no issues soldering, 2 non MyBB expits at home that can do it. But I thought you just install it to the chassis with 2 screws.

This at the end of the Bobshop listing:

If you do not agree with this disclaimer , do not purchase them for a self install - Rather get us to install them for you for R220

Seems like a way to scare buyers into getting it fitted by them lol

I think they copied that from a different product. There is no soldering. 2 screws and connect the ribbon cable.

Insides distort?! lol. How much heat do people apply.
Yeah me reading it..."What is this hall effect needing what soldering..." I know what it is, just not seeing the need for soldering.

I will get the second one and see how it goes

Problem is the Lite version.

Moerse fan of the small design hence why it is my primary. Especially playing in bed.

Can't use a controller with the lite in such a way.

I like the artistic choice of title font that caused them to add a sub-title in case you couldn't read it.
Been a few days, I hate the top title artistic choice.

Just as much as I hate this:

Nee vok man.

I hope this works.

I complained about a supplier earlier and getting a messed up joy con stick for replacement....

No box for the travel.

I hope my hall effect replacement part is not a holl effect stick.

Got my hall effect joy con installed and it played well this weekend.

No holl effect.

So I made another purchase.
Gotta keep the stuff we collect in good working order.

On the subject I was wondering why I never had this problem with my now 16 old controllers:

Saw this this weekend:
