I wanted to ask you if you might be able to check out 2 GameCube Wavebird controllers?

I have 2 receivers that work and 2 controllers that do not.

I have a third controller that works, hence I know the receivers work.

Bought on Ebay, 2 different sales, both controllers messed up.

My only problem is that I don't have a gamecube to test or a switch adapter for gamecube controllers
 
I did an oopsie.

Never have been a MS fan, much less an Xbox fan.

So much so, I am getting my first Xbox tomorrow. The 360 kind. The kind prone to the red ring of death.

Make the collection bigga.

That is the best console I own. Best game library and only one RROD on me.

Only 1st and second edition was prone to RROD. Later models addressed the thermal issue that caused it.

That said the best one to get is the Xbox 360 E released in 2013. Normally came with 250 Gb HD. Sourcing hard drives for the older model might be a hurdle.

Yeah, now it seems like I ask for advice but did not follow. You guys did say black E version.

Was an oopsie. R800 bid and a week open. Was hoping someone outbid me. :)

I don’t know about the soft mod but I do know you can hard mod the machine and have the entire Xbox OG and 360 libraries + Homebrew emulation included.

Costly but totally worth it.
