I recently got a new laptop which happens to be a gaming laptop (I wanted the graphics card for non-gaming reasons.)

Seeing as we don't own a console, I'm looking to get a couple of gaming controllers and hooking the laptop up to the TV so I can play 'couch multi-player' console like games with my 11 year old daughter. I'm looking on Steam and Epic but as these aren't the sort of games I usually play, not much is recommended and I'm not really seeing much that grabs me.

My daughter likes Minecraft and Roblox so I'm thinking she will enjoy platformer and/or strategy or world building type games.

Any recommendations would greatly appreciated.

All Lego games?
Trine series maybe?
Unravel 1+2? Any girl would love these and it makes you think.
Sackboy?
Rayman Origins/Legends?
Sonic and Sega All Stars Racing and its sequels if you want to try kart racing games for pc.

Don't know any world-building games.

Thanks. Lego could work. Will check out the others.

I recommend Lego games from 2009/2010 till now because they have split screen. Lego games older than 2009 don't have split screen.

And then Lego Worlds is like Minecraft but I've never played it so don't know if it's any good.
