Gaming on Cell C HSPA HSPA+

I recently bought Black Ops 2 for PS3 and to my frustration it kept freezing on the "Saving agent Woods" mission! So I decided to try multi-player with my PS3 connected to my Samsung Tab 2 hotspot .

I was extremely surprised by the level of quality I was getting from Cell C's HSPA network ! I mean... there was no lag or something . At this point I have to mention that Street Fighter 4 sucked, Mordern Warfare 3 and 2 I could get a game to connect to

I have been trying to convince my wife that R500+ per month , almost half of our monthly groceries, is worth spending on ADSL than new clothes or something she deems "useful" but now the idea of gaming over HSPA is a sweet deal for me because I could save a LOT! And I live in Khayelitsha where cable theft is prominent!

1. Is this a special case?
2. Should I commit to a Cell C 12 month contract?
3. Must I just get ADSL?

I used cell c for the past 5 odd months for gaming, besides the odd day maybe once or twice a month where it was unplayable the rest of time it was fine.

1. So I don't think it is a special case more like you are just lucky where you live and you get a good signal.
2. I just used prepaid I deplore contracts.
3. You call I just got mine installed as it is just easier
