I believe it was on track myparcel.co.za. under aramex. It looks like 52 / 83 were never delivered. Not going to say this is representative but its bad.

@bar1 hey so this happened to me too. I tweeted their Dubai branch and they said the flight was delayed due to weather.

Same thing. Same time. That looks like some sort of automated timeout message.

I did get this message a number of times. Even after tracking showed that it did arrive in Joburg it did it once more. I wouldn't worry - yet.

So finally got hold of someone at aramex. They said they going to email me the bill to pay so now just to wait for that.

Yeah it says it is in JHB. Strangely it said it cleared customs in JHB coming to CPT then a day later said delivery re-scheduled due to no payment.

They said I’d get the email this morning with costs and still nothing so we shall see.

Also having issues with aramex with package stuck at customs and aramex won't lift a finger to do anything

Exactly the same on my side.

On the other note the MIBox that I ordered on the 12th Of December is finally out and cleared customs with Aramex. Just paid the fees last night should be delivered tomorrow.

Shipping sounds like an absolute nightmare. I'd most prob die of stress before my item ever reaches me.

I saw that but not gonna complain anymore.
i often order from gearbest/banggood/geekbuying I am usually happy with them unless i need support or i need my stuff urgently.

I usually choose the free shipping and don't stress too much when it takes +- 2 month to arrive....i guess this package will take longer then the advertised 7-10 days....i'll just wait

Try tweeting Aramex Dubai on their twitter, they got back to me within an hour and gave me an update

I got this before, my flight was delayed so it was arrived about 24 hours later. A few others have had this multiple times though.



I think the increased customs time is probably due to backlog.
