Thought it was a special at R299 each. Rang normal price at till and cashier said I must go get another one and then it changed to R299 for both. Apparently a few shoppers went wild and bought tons earlier in the week.

Other than these methods to warm your mug - do we have anything like ember 2.0 in SA?
- pre warm in oven
- pre warm with hot water
- use double insulated vacuum sealed mug - ugle as **** but works
- put mug on gpu while playing unreal 5 game

Only good for flavoring yogurt, milk, smoothies.
However, for baking I use would normally use my coffee grounds from recently grounded beans.

So after months of bemoaning the cost of high-end espresso machines, this afternoon I picked up one of these at Checkers for only R2000:
I did some research before pulling the trigger (see video below for a good walkthrough of the unit), and first impressions are very positive. In the end I just wanted something that let me play around with different flavours of beans, and this really works.
