Generic Laptop Batteries

Hi guys

What are your experiences with generic laptop batteries particularly hp ones.

Original is R900
Generic is R650

IMHO not worthit if the price difference is so small. A friend baught a generic for his laptop the other day, it cost him R399 where the original was quoted R1899.

Depends on whether warranty is active, if it is I've had problems when they find out I was using aftermarket parts.
