Nobody who advocated all lives matter believes in BLM. That's the whole point of ALM, it's just simply an opposition to the concept of BLM.

Paintbrush out, generalisation made.

Yes, as per the sign...

"In truth we know that all lives matter. We've supported your lives throughout history". What exactly don't you get about that?

I haven't errored in my comprehension. How does the above statement coexist with the current racial violence? I did add this to my reasoning which was snipped in your argument,

Yes, I understand the BLM cause and I don't disagree with their mission, but I do disagree with the crime which includes various opportunists taking advantage and that also undermines the cause.

It's a fundamentally political movement, just by its nature

Yes, and ignition in the runup to the US elections.

Yeah, Vrotappel was talking about black criminals having less respect for human life than other races, it makes me wonder if you lot have even read the slightest thing about the atrocities committed by Mexican and Columbian drug cartels.

Can you find one incident committed by a black criminal organisation to rival any of the incidents below?

https://www.pri.org/stories/2013-07-16/6-most-infamous-crimes-committed-mexicos-zetas-cartel

San Fernando Massacre, August 2010

The Mexican military found a mass grave with the bodies of 72 undocumented immigrants. Zetas reportedly intercepted and killed the migrants because they feared they were going to be recruited by a rival gang, the Gulf Cartel.

San Fernando Massacre, April 2011

Zetas intercepted several buses headed toward two border towns, kidnapping many on board. They then executed an estimated 193 people on a ranch near San Fernando in April 2011. Zetas carried out the killings suspecting they might have been recruits for the rival Gulf Cartel.

The Monterrey Casino attack

In August 2011, armed men affiliated with the Zetas cartel set fire to a casino in the Mexican city of Monterrey, killing 52 people. It was one of the deadliest attacks ever on Mexican civilians during the drug war.

The Apodaca Prison Riot

Zetas led a prison riot in February 2012 resulting in the death of 44 inmates. The chaos allowed for the escape of 30 gang members.

49 decapitated bodies dumped in Monterrey

Less than a year after the deadly casino arson attack, Monterrey once again experienced the horrors of Los Zetas drug violence. Forty-nine decapitated bodies were found dumped on a highway outside the city in what police believe is related to clashes between the Zetas and rival Sinaloa cartel.

Defense Secretary Mark Esper says he does not support invoking the Insurrection Act.

A good move.
Definitely looking to get fired by the Orange Fuhrer - that list is getting LOoooooong.

Defense chief breaks with Trump on response to protests

Mark Esper says he doesn't support using active duty troops to quell protests, directly contradicting Trump

George Floyd killing: defense secretary opposes Trump threat to send military to states

At his press briefing, defense secretary Mark Esper also said he had asked the army secretary, Ryan McCarthy, to launch an inquiry into a National Guard medevac helicopter that was filmed hovering low over protesters in Washington, in an apparent effort to disperse them by intimidation and the strong wind from its rotor.

Esper said it was only confirmed it was a National Guard helicopter on Tuesday and that he ordered the inquiry within an hour of learning about it.

“I want to make sure I understand why,” Esper said. “What happened? Who was involved? What orders were they given or not given? Was there a safety issue involved with an aircraft. hovering that low? So there’s a lot of questions that need to be answered.”

Esper refused to be drawn in to making an initial assessment but he did offer an alternative to the general view that the helicopter was using for intimidation.

“I got a report back that they were asked by law enforcement to look at a checkpoint, a National Guard checkpoint, to see if there were protesters around, so there’s conflicting reports,” Esper said.

He did not explain why a helicopter would be needed to spot protesters when the streets were full of law enforcement officers from various agencies, nor why a helicopter would have to hover so low to confirm the presence of protesters on the street.

Paintbrush out, generalisation made.

It's right there on the first sentence of the Wikipedia entry:

All Lives Matter (#AllLivesMatter) is a slogan that has come to be associated with criticism[1] of the Black Lives Matter movement.[2]

I haven't errored in my comprehension. How does the above statement coexist with the current racial violence? I did add this to my reasoning which was snipped in your argument

What does racial violence have to do with that statement? You're the one using gross generalizations. Most protesters and blm supporters aren't violent.

Yes, and ignition in the runup to the US elections.

Oh there's plenty of electoral ignition coming from Trump right now....

Reuters found no evidence attributing this quote to Trump’s mother. It is likely that had MacLeod said this, there would be some record or commentary in media reports at the time or it would have been dug up prior to his 2016 presidential run.

The closest comment Trump’s mother made about her son that Reuters was able to find comes from a 1990 issue of Vanity Fair. Around the late 1980s, Mary Anne MacLeod allegedly said to Trump’s first wife Ivana: "What kind of a son have I created?"

Much as I could care less about trump, this, along with other fact checked BS some of you are posting, needs to stop or be kept in your playroom. It's bad enough seeing edited vids and pics to suit whatever narrative all over the internet but this thread should be debate and facts only, not what some of you are peddling.

LOL

Philadelphia has removed a statue of former mayor Frank Rizzo, who has been severely criticized for his treatment of African American and LGBT residents of the city in the 1970’s.

Rizzo spent three years serving as the city’s police commissioner, followed by two terms as mayor. Rizzo opposed the desegregation of Philadelphia’s schools, and he was criticized for overseeing a polce force that often resorted to brutality against residents.

In recent years, Philadelphians have called for the removal of the statue, and it has become a focal point of the city’s George Floyd protests in recent days. Democratic mayor Jim Kenney had the statue removed overnight.

“The continued display of the statue has understandably enraged and hurt many Philadelphians, including those protesting the heinous murders of George Floyd and too many others. I have seen and heard their anguish. This statue now no longer stands in front of a building that serves all Philadelphians,” Kenney said in a statement.

“The statue is a deplorable monument to racism, bigotry, and police brutality for members of the Black community, the LGBTQ community, and many others. The treatment of these communities under Mr. Rizzo’s leadership was among the worst periods in Philadelphia’s history,”

Put him on ignore. He has been spamming this BS for months and months.

If you use ignore then threads go a bit wonky because other people quote the troll and others talk about something you can't see.
So a bit annoying.

The mods here seem to love his trolling, so you will have to put up with it.

When it comes to crime blacks definitely care less about lives in general than any other race.

Why do you want to give them a special place?

If we want to be post race, BLM is a racist concept. Like AA, BEE, etc. A post race society won't have crap like this. By continuing with this crap we are entrenching a racist paradigm that will never stop.
It's interesting to see how racists see Human Rights has a zero sum game, they have the false perception that giving more rights to another group means taking away rights from your in group.

@Polymathic
Except you cant go giving more rights to any one group than everyone else , that is the definition of special treatment which quickly morphs into racism.

Nobody in the US or here has less rights based on race/age/gender/religion etc.

So if you are pushing for more rights for a particular group - well done , racist.

It looks like he is trying to justify White supremacy.

Hold on a second there. Giving anyone rights based on their race is racist.

It's called Human rights, all humans can use one set. Irrespective of how nice their tan is.

#ALLhumanlivesmatter ?
Might still trigger the sjw but what doesnt.

In this case, the topic of this thread, it's about equal rights, not more rights.
Black people have the exact same rights as white people in the US. The difference being that they commit more crimes and are "interacting" with police at a higher rate because they are more likely to commit crimes.
Should probably get rid of that gang mentality.

That's what sparked white supremacy. Identity politics focusses on race, gender and wealth (mostly) but leave white males out because of "privilege". So some white people either bend the knee and accept it, or go into depression. Or they form their own team.

Douglas Murray explains it better than I can.
