What about those Mexicans? They don't have many black people there.

Id like to know how they controlled for judges of varying races making pronouncements simply due to being tired of seeing 13% of the US population showing up in disproportionate numbers in their courtroom.
Humans do tire of repetition pretty quickly and all judges arent white so its pretty hard to cry racism if the black judge handed down a longer sentence to a black offender and not to a white one.

Im willing to bet that study about sentencing of blacks caught with crack cocaine vs whites caught with "normal" cocaine is gonna turn up here as "evidence" or racism.

How do you come to that conclusion? As far as I know all are supposed to have the same rights in terms of constitution (not in SA though)?|

On Monday night, the 46-year-old Minnesota man was pronounced dead at a hospital after a white police officer pinned Floyd, a black man, to the ground by pressing his knee into Floyd's neck during his arrest. Bystander footage of the situation, which showed Floyd stating several times he could not breathe before appearing motionless with his eyes closed, has dominated social media this week, spurring outrage, protests and comparisons to Eric Garner, who also told officers at the time of his arrest that he couldn't breathe and died as a result of a police officer's chokehold in 2014. Floyd's official cause of death has not yet been released.

"Being Black in America should not be a death sentence," Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey said in a tweeted statement on Tuesday. "For five minutes, we watched a white officer press his knee into a Black man's neck. Five minutes." He later confirmed four responding officers "involved in the death of George Floyd have been terminated."

How did they control for the race of the arresting officer. If a black officer arrested a black guy with weed is it still racist.

Maybe I should be clear. When I say arrested, I mean incarcerated.

They are...committing...more of the crime...? You seem to be coming from the point of view that black people and white people are committing the same rate of crime but only black people are being arrested.

Are black people in the US treated like black people in South Africa? No? Why are you using it as an example?

Black people in the US are 13% of the population and yet are responsible for 52% of homicides.
Explain this to me?

Bad luck? Not good at hiding their crimes? Doing it openly?

There could literally be thousands of explanations.

Looking at Black Crime and even all the videos on these 'protests' one thing that is evident is that the whites are generally more scared to show their faces whilst blacks have got a 'in your face' approach. The video about the dog comes to mind. So perhaps a cultural thing??

This is why you wont see cray come back with the answers , you were correct , all other things were not equal .
Unless of course they cherry picked examples in which case its just plain old vanilla fraud.

They also tend to stay in areas where crime is more prevalent and where there is more Police presence. It's not rocket science.
