You joking right, you must be joking.

There is no excuse for what that cop done, it was a minor offence, non violent. No need for a knee to the neck. He was also in handcuffs, he was restrained. Justice needs to be served.

abzo was being sarcastic.

As for the rest of your post... we agree 100%.

That's you *and* rietrot today, and I can't even have a drink 'till Monday.

Does seem strange , also there is an 18min video of the incident , apparently when the cop with the bodycam gets to the scene , the other cop is visibly out of breath , indicating that there may have been resistance to the arrest .
Also some reports of the guy being unresponsive before the cops got there which some believe could be drug related.

You just love words like "may" and "could" and "possibly" and "maybe" and you get them to do so much work, don't you?

The policeman seems to be a POS on the surface - there's several other cases dating back years where he killed peeps.
George Floyd is also a POS though, a fraudster.

And here I am thinking it's:
That's covered. We all agree.

Hopefully 1st degree murder for the one and the rest as accessories.

But it will probably end up being 3rd degree murder(manslaughter)

He'll get manslaughter. There's no possible way to prove beyond a reasonable doubt he killed him on purpose.

That copper is going to have a bad time in jail however long his stay will be, I can tell you that.

1 or 2 minutes should be fine 5 is overkill.
This was a bit of a throwaway troll post at the time. But it seems it is perfectly accurate.
That's how you kill someone on purpose.

Sadly, another case of justice not being carried out. One has to wonder (and it's been brought up), just why the 'good' cops are not up in arms more often. The silence, stupidly light sentences, if any and the covering up is to a point where it's unbearable to anyone, no matter which side of the politics fence you sit on. As for the looting, I don't care what the crime is, that's not how you respond imo.

Would you prefer I refer to uncertain things as a certain ?
That would be dishonest.

No that's how you kill someone. On purpose is another matter.
For instance, he might have been distracted by a hobo dancing on the side of the road and didn't realize how long he had his leg there. There are a million and one ways to introduce doubt into the scenario and prevent a conviction of first-degree murder. Will need to world's worst lawyer to get anything more than 3rd degree.

So basically looks like two people with less than ideal backgrounds met and the one killed (possibly here Greg)the other.
So race was not a deciding factor but rather the quality of the person.

That would be dishonest.

Your contributions would be more honest if you did.

The rest of us live in the real world, not the imaginary one in your head.

Lying would make it more honest ? Strange.
I'm just bringing more info in here , it may or may not be accurate but only time will tell.
