George Floyd, the African-American man whose death has sparked civil unrest in the US, died from asphyxia (lack of oxygen), a private autopsy has found.

Anyone that saw that video would have expected this, expect Jabu. But I'm a few pages behind so must probably still get to the post where he admits being wrong.

You are missing the point the police do not get to act as judge jury and executioner.
Never said they can , you missed my point , toxicology shows more info and can assist in seeing what killed him.

toxicology is irrelevant imho, the police should assume everybody has a weak heart.

From my many years of watching tv, I reckon that it could be used to mitigate the charges getting him less time in the slammer.

Even if he had some underlying condition or substance abuse which might have made the asphyxiation more deadly than a healthy normal human being would've experienced. The dude chocked him with his knee for 9 minutes where he begged and pleaded he can't breath. He then continued a few minutes after George was unconscious.

I'm not sure why this argument even exists.

If he was being violent, I would've understood them man handling the guy, but he was very subdued actually. That pig kept his knee on the guys neck for 8+minutes, that's much more than just contributing. That's like saying me stabbing you with a knife in your heart contributed to your death, no **** it did yes.

It's still murder.

You aren't sure why people want all the facts in order to assign guilt and or consider effects and interaction between them ?

Murder is a bridge too far without all the relevant facts.( At this point)
The cops did say they battled for ten minutes trying to get him into the cruiser.
Sounds like resistance but I'm sure it will come out.
