He died due to compression on his neck and back by Minneapolis police officers, medical examiners hired by his family said.

The findings differ from an official preliminary autopsy carried out by the county medical examiner.

That autopsy did not find evidence of "traumatic asphyxia or strangulation".

We all agree on the private autopsies.
The Police agree to direct their behaviour to the pedos and sexual predators everywhere especially in Hollywood and the elite/oligarchs while the protesters redirect their rage towards them too?
 
I think im going to believe the guy who autopsied him before the huge international riots etc .
Kind of like how they dont allow jury to see the news , the same should have been done here.

Not exactly apple to apple comparison.
Epstein was meant to be under watch in a suicide proofed cell , pretty sure his toxicology was will be released before floyd's..
Floyd was supposedly resisting and the finding was the knee contributed to the death , no word on toxicology except for the original autopsy referencing it but not publishing it.
