Globetrotter Connect ?

Anybody else out there using this software on their netbooks ?
I do not know how to connect to the internet using this software . When I double click the Shortcut , it tells me device not found .
Please help ?

OK , I dont know what I did but I can now double click the Shortcut , it says registered to the Vodacom network , when I click connect it says "the connection has failed.<0x84000011>"
What does that mean ?

Check that the APN is set to internet and that you either have data provisioned on your sim card with either an active data bundle or enough airtime in your account.

I agree with above, in the settings also make sure authorisation is turned off, and that you home network is Vodacom-SA.

Last option is to call the call centre and give them the error number, that can help sometimes...

Thanks very much for the help , but as posted above (pc hardware) after all the frustration , my sim was still not active , I have just tried my cell phone sim and its working .

Heyup, also got the same issue.

APN is isp.mcel.mz

what should the APN be for south africa?
