Sometimes they do this because they suspect spamming or violation of TOS. Write to them, they usually lift the hold after 12 or 24 hours. Has happend once or twice to both my wife and I. Don't worry. It will be back.

I have filled in their contact forms and their response is:

If my niece doesn't get access to her documentation soon, she's gonna miss her application cut off date

Yeah they been messing around a lot lately! It's so disappointing.
The only advice they offered was to setup a new account

Ive never had a problem with my gmail...

Perhaps email them and let them know of your daughters assignment? Ask them please to at least get you the documents?

Lol it's my niece. I've never problems with gmail either until now...
And who would I email? They don't exactly leave their contact details lying around :p

Yeah I really do hope so. My niece is very technologically-challenged and seems to think I can just fix it :p

I know its too late, but next time, don't use free email providers.
Free email = zero to fallback on.
