GMSA costumer care...!!!

so that's what i added in.. JAN 2011 is the end date.. i missed it by one month..i bought the car end of nov......

jan 2010 - jan 2011 3 years.....

you don't care what mod was done... cause you not in the same situation.. but i bet if you were you also would want answers.....

hi hippo... i still don't understand what's so big about a boost gauge... and where it has anything to do with an engine loosing oil... if i had done anything else to the motor i would accept that.. but i haven't done anything... i agree that this could be one of those vehicles that yes it was badly put together.. then accept the fact and move on.. that's what i say..i believe that this matter could have been resolved at GMSA premises and that's it.. nothing more then that..how many guys out there go and get the car modded at nascar or some other mod shop and nothing gets said about that.. i know many guys that brake their car and really damage their car and yet all gets replaced.. this guy i heard he has gone through 3 clutchs and 2 gearboxes in a year.. astra OPC.. if i drove like that i wouldn't even put up a fight with anyone..

Your right, I dont care what mod was done as it is a mod regardless of what it is.
I now drive an OPC as I liked to drive my car hard. Is it modded? No, Why? Because I dont want to end up in a situation like yours...

Sad to say (again!) but after those 'mods' you do not have a leg to stand on. I know many dealers do allow minor mods, but it seems that GM KNOW they have given you a badly-put-together-POS and are using it as an escape route. You might be able to go the loooooooong legal route, maybe to prove many of the faults existed BEFORE your 'mods'...

A few dealers are open to mods if you get them to do them......

yeah. i will have to look at something like that... thank you for the information...

good luck with your vehicle really. all the best Km's with your vehicle.. just hope that it doesn't brake and thy cant fix it as well.

who knew that this car was going to be such a mess after such a short time of driving..this is why i didn't get it in writting.. but if i knew that then yes i would have done that...

I would then also get any agreement in writing.

Never had a problem with mine while it was under warranty and I modified it. :) There are so many places that don't know what they doing when modifying, and stuff up cars... then people run back to the dealers.

i'm sure that i would have better luck with something japanesse that's for sure..
but old school none of all this electronic nonsense

Thanks.
They will fix it if it breaks though, reason for this is... No Mods were done :D
Im just taking the piss hah

i guess when a person is trying to help others sort out mechnical issues it comes back a bite you harder.. never again i will help the mechanics...

Thats the thing. We both know it probably has no direct impact on an engine losing oil. And again, dealers who allow certain mods know the implications, thats why they allow it. HOWEVER, your car seems to be built extremely poorly. GM know this and will use anything in their power to rid themselves of any obligation. Sorry bud.

you see that's the thing.. they tried to fix the car over 6 times.. and were unable to do so.. and now the job is not completed and i am left with a broken car.. all i want is the job to be completed.. but they can't... it's like starting to install a new network at a company and the job gets half done and the guys run away...

no worries mypro-d.. humour taken

HI hippo... and that's the sad part about that.. they know there is no solution to my vehicle.. and that's how they managed to get their issues sorted...i mean why did they tell me yes do it... it's jsut another way to S*(&W people over...

so let me ask this to everyone.. what would you guys do now if you were in this situation..

sell the car..
fix the car..
or speak to GMSA

Trade it in, at Honda or Toyota :p unless you plan on privately off-loading it on some unsuspecting person which isn't cool.
