Focus ST FTW!!

Sorry could not help it. :D

Great cars, just that their competitors had more time to come with more potent packages. And every Tom, Dick, Harry and Thabo has one, so I would never buy one.

HAHA - i was waiting for the Focus ST guys to say hello :)

Yup, Tom, Dick, Harry and Thabo Knows that the GTi is a great all round car.
Thats why they bought it...

But i guess everyone has their own preferences ...

In a few weeks hopefully, ill have 2 Gtis!!!:)

R32 all day everyday.
GTis are amazing little machines, and beautiful too...

If you're interested, go have a look for : Golf V W12. Just google image it.
Fa King Soo Pah!

What are you going to do with 2 Gti's?

That just seems like an awful waste of good money.

Besides Viper25, are there really no other GTi drivers on this forum?

I'm so proud to be a member :D

@Viper: how much insurance do you pay for that car?

Yup - seems you right
Where are they hiding? :p

Insurance just under R1300 - including Tracker installments.. best i could get..

Personally think the R32 is a bit overpriced..
Put a R5000 chip on a GTi and the GTi will eat the R32...

There goes your warranty. And with that phantom clutch problem that seems to plague Golf 5s that is not such a good idea. :D

The chips these days are almost undetectable.. so no chance of the Dealer finding out.. unless they scrutinize the car..

Have to agree with you about the clutch and the engine...does add strain to it...if you plan to keep your car for a long time... its not worth chipping it..
