Good online tutorial for Microsoft Office suite?

Can someone recommend a good online tutorial for Microsoft Excel, and in fact the whole Office Suite? I'm looking for a site that is interactive, where you can see how well you can use the application and track your progress.

Preferably free, but willing to consider a paid-for tutorial.
