Good Software to know about...

Hey guys...

I would just like to ask about good software that are good to have...

Like just know I just heard about the zip program that can zip big files to smaller files.. 5GB+ to < 1.3GB something like that

So I would like to know about other programs... like anything that is good to have... if you don't mind, can you please discribe the sofeware that you're promoting

Microsoft Security Essentials - Good & free anti virus.
Avira - (same as above)
Win RAR - A zipping type tool that most zipped items come in.
Virtual CloneDrive - Great for mounting any ISO's you ahve

Ok thanks to you and blogbytes, there's also something called KGB archiver or something that's alleged to have amazing compression ratios, but afaik it's not really as effective as people claim.
