I have done a few trails on Netbeans but still not yeah though something worth investigating
 
One would think there would be hundreds of local SA provider listings here, or is there another thread where trusted web developers and SEO services can be found?

I'd take it one step further and be very worried to use someone that thought they needed to take it to this level.

If they did it for their site because they wanted to build their own CMS then fine but to do it because you think Wordpress etc is useless is just plain ignorant. It's unfortunate but true that many of the existing CMSes become bloated, but that happens with any system that has existed for a while and gets patched etc.

If you're going to weigh up spending tons of hours on your own site and basically getting the same result as using an existing CMS and having less time for client work or spending less time on your own site and more on clients I know which I would pick, because that's what I did. Eventually I was getting so much work I had close my site down temporarily and that didn't even stop people from wanting me to do work for them.
