Also cancelling my WA account unfortunately (depending on the the response to my ticket).
@WAJeff - I was on a 1Mpbs Home Uncapped account with no problems. I upgraded to 4Mbps and had intermittent connectivity and not full line speed due to my high attenuation rates (+5km away from exchange). WA logged a ticket with Telkom to change my line to a closer exchange (which is 500 metres away) to increase my line quality (which is not my issue because I know Telkom can take forever if they are going to do it).
I downgraded to 1Mbps whilst waiting on Telkom and still experienced low line quality. I have been online since 6pm and have had no problems thus far. Hoping it stays that way![]()
