Google Android wins, Apple iPhone loses

This is proof of the sheer stupidity and ignorance of the public out there. Anyone who knows even a tiny little bit about security issues will not go Android and then there is the question of build quality of hardware devices.

There are many cheap cars, some with extensive lists of standard specifications, yet their market volume is not an indication of quality. Create your own small herd, never follow fashion or popular public opinion. Majority rule is not necessarily good government, either. Democracies around the world are in shambles.
I think this post is the proof.

Agreed, but Apple is in month 11 of its (approximately) 12 month model life, so its hardly surprising to see their market share declining. iOS will never be able to compete directly with Android on market share. Apple's objective is to keep increasing their sales year on year. In the last quarter they sold 31.3m iPhones, up from 26m in the same period last year. With a new iPhone due in the next couple of months, iOS 7 in the final stages of beta testing, and possibly a new, lower cost iPhone targeted at emerging markets, I think Apple's future is looking quite bright. I wouldn't write them off just yet!

Probably the most sensible post here.
I'm not surprised Android is on top at the moment. We will see what happens towards the end of this year though.
