The latest IE 11.0 is actually good! Quick, slick and fast. Would never find myself saying that... ever. Still using Chrome though.
 
I've been using Internet Explorer 11 since I got myself an Intel NUC Celeron and actually enjoy it a lot. :)

Full HD videos in YouTube impossible with Chrome, but only 20% CPU utilization with IE11 - and it looks much better! IE11's hardware acceleration on low spec hardware is simply amazing.

Smooth scrolling, text sharpness, page loading, etc. all much better with IE11 than Chrome.

Still using Chrome on my Galaxy S5, but IE11 on my laptop and desktop.

Maybe its just a bug because it just started giving problems suddenly for users.

IE has certainly come a long way, but I still don't like the UI. Maybe Spartan will win me over.

I wouldn't be surprised if it did. MS is making some fantastic stuff these days - I love Office 365, OneDrive, Visual Studio 2013 and Windows 8. Windows 10 is looking good too, Xbox One is starting to look like great value and OneDrive has upgraded the 1TB storage included with Office 365 to unlimited storage. Windows on phones and tablets is pretty crap, so that would be a good thing to improve too.
 
Oh, battery life on notebooks are considerably better when using Internet Explorer than when using Google Chrome.
 
Interesting to see more and more people moving over to Opera.
Did it six months ago, and haven't looked back.
Just wish they'd get rid of that damn Opera button. Who even uses it?

Still using Firefox. I don't understand the "many tabs open problem". Mine comes with a little x on each tab and I use it regularly.

I don't mind the Opera button, although it could be a bit more discrete considering the infrequency of its use. Opera might be more appealing to more people if it allowed a greater degree of customisation too. It doesn't bother me personally though.

I've used Firefox for aeons, but since trying out Opera I'm using Firefox less and less. Opera is just a faster browser, without the ugliness of Chrome. And Youtube is amazing with Opera if you have the Magic Actions for Youtube extension. Opera doesn't support FlashGot or drop down RSS feeds though, so I'm still using Firefox.

It would be great if someone could make the perfect browser. Chrome makes my eyes bleed, Firefox is slow and prone to crashing, Opera is missing features and IE has a wasteful and annoying design.
 
I find that I don't have issues with Firefox much at all these days and since moving to using sidebar tabs, I'm much happier when juggling around things during work. I use Side Tabs to make this work, although you can also use the snazzier Vertical Tabs to do effectively the same thing. Side Tabs has been acknowledged up by Mozilla's devs and they are currently toying with the idea of putting functionality like this into the nightly builds before rolling it out to the public later on.

The way chrome sits on my ram, I am starting to consider alternatives. Sad because everything of mine is synced in my google account but that broswer :sick:
 
Business browsing: IE (latest version)
Personal browsing: Chrome (latest version)

The above is interchangeable as I use Chrome with Google Apps which is 90% business. IE is better working in backend systems, Chrome crashes… Chrome also hate to access certain hardware, then again there are current hardware only compatible with the older IE editions.

I used to use FF, but since IE 11 any other browser is additional weight.

Chrome/Chromium has become a cpu & ram hog. I've recently switched over to Palemoon.

Oh 99% linux user.
 
Chrome cornered the market because it was originally lightweight, quick to open, stable and functional. But I agree, in the last couple of years it's become slower, less stable and weighed down with too much integration into Google's platform.
