Not sure to be honest - I only update when the phone tells me there's an update

Or maybe it depends on where the service is actually available and if they partnered with Google. Google is not gonna ask if you want to fly from Pretoria to Johannesburg .

I'm on iPhone and I've also got the taxi guy, it’s linked to an actual service so maybe he only appears when there's service available.
