I have. Service was fine. It is just that the product I ordered (GS4 Dock) turned out to be a cheap mostly non-function piece of Chinese crap. But I'm sure that is not the case for all their products.

Only if you bundle a few separate orders together (Amazon have been draining me as of late). At least in my case, I found it easier, and that they will ship it ASAP.

Yip, responded five minutes after I mailed him. Did the same on Saturday when USPS were giving me the runaround with one of my orders. I am quite impressed with the service.
If my parcel ships this week, I will post an update here. I remember someone mentioning in another thread that they ship their parcels off on a Wednesday.

That is odd. You are mailing the customer support address?
They do send you a bill prior to shipment, which you have to pay using Paypal. Once it is paid, it gets updated on your order history and shipped soon after.
