I've emailed the Orange store to ask them about warranty. The more I think about it I'm not so keen on paying too much for Z2 or S5 from Vodacom.

Ahh well .... I'll play with the S5 till something new from Google comes round... Nothing beats the feeling of slapping a Nexus 5 down on the table to up the ante of phones in the pile of pals, and families phones

Would any of you guys buy a N5 now rather than wait for a Nexus 6 (most likely to only be released in Nov/Dec)? My contract is ending next month and I really want a Nexus, but not sure if I'm sort of wasting money buying a N5.

I would wait. You buy a nexus 5 today - in a 5 or 6 months its one model older.
Maybe also depends what phone you currently have.

Agreed. You'll end up buying the Nexus 6 in any event (trust me, I went from the Nexus 4 to Nexus 5 within the space of 3 months).

True, I'll see what exactly Vodacom offers the Z2 as (package wise) and perhaps bite the bullet on it. If they offered a 32GB 3G only S5 then that would be my 2nd choice.
