Just remove the discussion board, simple really. Your app doesn't need a discussion board. People discuss all those things in WhatsApp and Telegram.
 
ESP should just remove the chat function. More trouble than it's useful, with all the nonsense that people post there.
 
Eskom should be the ones offering a free API. It is the least they could do to help businesses deal with their mess.
Eskom should be supplying reliable power, but they can't get that right. An API is well beyond their capabilities. Would be years of boardroom meetings, consultants fees and R200k brooms.
Also, the local municipalities schedule under Eskom.

They can't because they are not responsible for figuring out load shedding schedules in the various municipalities. They simply tell municipalities that they need to cut X amount of MW.
 
Most likely due to Google having recourse to censor comments. Think the trump riot.

Authorities should have broken up Google LOOOOONG time ago and handed some of its business functions to newcomers and competitors. One company should not have the type of powers a company like Google has, to the extent where it can manipulate elections and silence people they want to.
