No thanks. You would still need to buy the expensive xbox version of the game if this is true. And then buy the game game again for pc when it comes out.
Rather wait for the far superior pc version of the game. Why spoil the experience by playing an inferior version?
If you have enough money to upgrade your PC that is. So not so cheap for PC...
Also GTAVI might even be available on next gen consoles by then.

I think (i hope) if your pc can run games from the last couple of years smoothly then your pc should have no big issues running GTAVI when it comes for pc next year April/May

Why are they even bothering with all this extravagant advertising? Every gamer in the world already knows about it. This is just creating hype, it's not actually going to make much difference on income...
