I can't imagine it being a regular occurrence. Since Rockstar focuses on realism a hurricane would significantly affect gameplay (visibility, aiming, npc and traffic density). Would be very cool if the radio, TV etc. would announce hurricanes a few days ahead.

A hurricane once every 400 in-game days or something like that would make sense to me. Or maybe even one every "2 years". A hurricane every 20 days... no thanks. That would be annoying.

Pegi has since removed GTAVI from their website. They probably leaked brand new details too early.
 
Such a cool old ad that I've never seen before. With a song that was not in the pc version of the game. Luckily mods fixed that :) (iirc, the song is also one of the missing songs from the Trilogy Definitive Collection on all platforms).
