I was kinda expecting something way different from the adverts...I'm sure the tagline was something about 'to get home you have to go deeper into space' or something along those lines...so I was expecting aliens, weirdness, going deep inside her mind / altered states or something along those lines.
It was still cool tho, but I found the space-station-hopping a little silly.

That's how I watched 2001. Maybe the reviewers are right.
It was definitely beautiful. I had issues with the substance rather than the style.

Movie was pretty meh! A lot science fsckups as well. Fell asleep during the movie and carried on watching it the next morning.

How do you even SEE another astronaut floating away in space, with all those stars in the background, nevermind fly to her to tow her back?
I dunno, it just wasn't believable I guess.
Not sure but in zero g you would not need much, they reorientate the iss, space shuttle & satellites on the same principle.

I'll just leave this here. I enjoyed it, great earth shots and kudos to Sandra Bullock, must be difficult being the lead and really only actor in a movie (for the most part).
