Gravity

I found it to be "ok". It was just too cliched and far fetched for me to really be able to enjoy it fully.

I was kinda expecting something way different from the adverts...I'm sure the tagline was something about 'to get home you have to go deeper into space' or something along those lines...so I was expecting aliens, weirdness, going deep inside her mind / altered states or something along those lines.

It was still cool tho, but I found the space-station-hopping a little silly.

I'll try to continue watching it in 30 minutes segments.
The first 30 minutes drained me too much already from boredom :D

PS - and I LOVE Sandra Bullock :o

Yeah, I didn't like it as much either...

george clooney coming to fetch sandra bullock floating away in space? Do those space suits really have that much boost?

Movie was pretty meh! A lot science fsckups as well. Fell asleep during the movie and carried on watching it the next morning.

Sandra bullock I must say was looking pretty firm in that movie, not to shabby.

You guys just don't get it. :(

c'mon man, flying from one satellite to another space station or whatever? C'mon man...
How do you even SEE another astronaut floating away in space, with all those stars in the background, nevermind fly to her to tow her back?

I dunno, it just wasn't believable I guess.

Not sure but in zero g you would not need much, they reorientate the iss, space shuttle & satellites on the same principle.

Typical MMU delta-v (velocity change) capability was about 80 feet per second (24.4 m/s).

Story aside, the CG was worth the cost of the ticket alone imo.
