Greencom/Telkom email interface

Can anyone help.
I have moved to a complex that has Greencom fibre.
I also have a stand alone email address of long standing.
No matter what we try I cannot send emails using this address from Outlook 2016/ Windows 10 but am able receive.
Greencom has no smtp which suspect is part of the issue unless Telkom opens up a channel all out going mail bounces with error 554 5.7.1
Have addressed emails to Telkom - no response
Have contacted Telkom via messenger - response - we are looking at it (two weeks plus)
I can log into web mail and send mails but difficult to manage my emails unless I cc myself on everything.

Any help appreciated.

Problem may be that they are blocking sending smtp from other ISPs, Mweb loves to do that too.

You can always access your Telkomsa.net account via we browser. Webmail.telkomsa.net

Yeah Telkom's outgoing smtp works with Auth but the mails never go anywhere, we have had to setup relay for Telkom customers only.

Telekom doesn't have a authoritative smtp server. Move to Gmail.

I have gmail as back up and have fifteen years of dealing with people with my Telkom address - its a pain trying to convert everyone.
