TBH, I have had more transparency and feedback from 123Net, which I think will move quickly into our area - at least everything is communicated properly: https://123net.co.za/en/front/areas/expansionplans
 
Greencom my offices are in the processes of moving to Sunninghill Office Park. What would be the ETA on connection?
 
You are in luck we have already started trenching and will be connecting clients in July.

Your fibre is right outside my gate in Sunninghill Gardens. I've already signed a request for service form. I can't seem to get further than this. What else do I need to do - do you want me to lay my own cable from my door to the gate (it's less than 15 meters). This is a lifelong dream of mine and I can't bear the though that I have fibre a few meters away and I'm not on it!

Please save me from the hell that is Telkom!

Meh - I see Greencom has their location on MyBB as "Dainfern" and there is no sight of Greencom in Broadacres (literally down the road from the Dainfern sewage pipe).

Yes , we are ready to connect clients in the park next week , as you may be aware the contractors had a delay in that most of the existing ducting was unusable and we had to trench . The core is now in place and we are good to go .

As soon as I come online I'll post some tests. Biggest issue is my work files in the cloud - takes half an hour to sync my docs online because of ADSL upload speed :(

Hi Paul. This is very disconserting to hear as we were told that we would be installed by the 1st, so by the end of the week. The Fibre is connected and coiled up in the basement waiting for connection to our office
 
The WAN account is preloaded in the config file , you can access the ONT via 192.168.1.1 with username Guest password Guest to make any changes that you want to in the device .
