I did try Admin Admin too. Firstly when I use that address they gave me it wants me to log on to my ADSL router. So if I disconnect from my home network and then try to log on I get the right screen but it isn't allowing me to connect. I get told "The default Web password is the wifi WEP password."

What router are you connecting through - and is your wifi router also giving out IP's?
 
Connecting through a TP Link. I think it's giving out the same IP as what Greencom want me to use.

Configure the router before you connect it to the Fibre one. If you need help drop me a message and lets see what we can sort out

Got a buddy to come over. We looked at it and he says the Calix device doesn't have Internet access. There is no WAN access either. I have asked Colin and Paul via WhatsApp but you know how good they are at responding.

When you got the device did you call in to get it activated?
 
Just spoke to Ami and he says he has pushed the config file to my device. Hopefully it will be working when I get home. Then I can queue the whole internet... :D
 
Wow, just spoke to a woman by the name of Lesley (Financial Director) now and she really should be the spokesperson for Greencom. What a great person to chat to over the phone and the service from her is excellent.

I agree. Chatted to her last week and she sorted out all my issues. Really friendly and helpful.
 
She has the same surname as the Technical Director. Family business.... :)

I noticed that too.

I'm just happy I'm getting sorted. If all goes well everything should be installed in the next week or so. Can't wait to cancel my Telkom line :)
