Hi, I lost my drivers license card for the above. I have contacted Oracle and they say I have to send them my proof of payment before they give me another one Who keeps the bloody slips and why couldn't they put the bloody code on the box like other people.

Anyway I can get around this except to buy a whole new game?

Proof of payment is usually the barcode of the package.
Take some digital photos of the package with the cds etc. That might help.
