GTX Graphics card pricing

Good morning,
Like everyone, I've seen how the mining really inflated the pricing of the cards. Especially the GTX1070. I really want to buy one. The Rand keeps on struggling against the Dollar. Fuel prices aren't helping.

I just want to get some opinions about the pricing. Do you think they will come down at all to a more realistic price, or should I just buy it now?
