Can't say it happened to me before. The guilds I join tend to fall apart quickly after I joined up. I've been getting rather superstitious about it

If you play for rank it's not fun no more. I have been promoted and demoted so many times it makes my head spin. To me it does nothing. I play the game I want to play and how I enjoy it.

Been in the guild 3 weeks longer and they promoted her to officer and I got rank of Veteran same privledges as the rank I was in except can take things out of the guild bank now wow, but just shows u been there for a long time so what has actually changed just the rank name and she did nothing diffrent to what I did always there for raids, etc

well I was a recruit and was runin blacktemple and placed my bid on a nice epic chest and got made out as a lootwhore cos it was little bit better than my frozen chest I made myself. Then some mage got it cos it was way better than her green chest she had.

Do you really want to be an officer tough ?

I dont think many people realise just how much being a GM / officer / raid leader takes out of you... You have to keep other people happy, police current members, and at the same time ensure your raiding force stays in tact.

Just being a raider is tiring enough sometimes... At previous guilds I ended up being class leader, and just that alone was enough. Getting to decide who raids and who sits out... you always end up being the bad guy.
I keep telling myself, never again, and before you realise it, you are thrown into a position that demands a lot of your time, patience and commitment.

As much as you might disagree, sometimes females make better officers since they are better with emotional conflict handling... with guys there is tons of testosterone and I am better than you mindsets, fighting amongst each other.

Well make a complaint or ask kindly for an explanation as to why you didnt get it and she (or he), did. You deserve an explanation and you should rightly get one. Raving on the forums not going to bring you any satisfaction if its so important to you You're just opening yourself up for some bashing.
