Guild Wars, questions...

Last night was the first night i got bored

Well, farming is booooooring. Maybe leave the game for a couple of days as well. One can only take so much of the same thing.

i havent even got to the farming stages... it must be kinda like the Bhaal and Diablo runs from Diablo 2?

:D ....

I wasn't even farming. Maybe it had something to do with the flakey ppl i've been hooking up for quests, if they're not disconnecting mid mission they're playing stupidly.

I mean for fracks sake, if you know you only going to be online for another 10 mins why start a quest in a group. There should be some sort of penalty for leaving mid mission.

I wont even start on the monks i've played with that weren't healing ..... mebbe it's just been a bad 2 days.

I think I have done most of the quests in LA, but still need to finish 2-3 more. I will meet you tonight and get some of your quests done and maybe in the process finsh mine too. :)

McCrack, What guild are you in? I would really recommend joining WarGeeks. I have been playing every night this week and every night there was about 5 other Guild Members on. I have joined useless and gkm almost every evening I have been playing. And there are lots of Guild members with different character levels all over Tyria.

i just hope i dont get the decompression error like last night... what a bummer... questing with 3 guys and bam! :(

we might consider going into PvP after all the people who have started the game get familiar with it.

having our own Guild Hall now will let us practice some GvG games and see how Factions makes the rumoured territorial disputes work amongst rival clans.

K, when u guys decide to do so lemme know, my guild although seldom online does PVP/GVG

i think the best would be for Vexx, gkm, Slappy and myself give it a try as the last time i had a GvG battle was 8 months ago with the previous guild... and i was lagging big time with my underdeveloped ranger...

Useless, have you watched guild battles in observer mode? I see you plan for us to all die horribly and repeatedly. :D But I am sure it will still be fun. Maybe play a bit in the Arenas first, where our embarrisments will not leave a permanent mark on our guild standings record.

hehehe... all our battles with the prior guild were horrendous for me... we didnt know exactly who to attack and what strats to use... i hope we can make up a proper strat to follow and not turn it into a free-for-all battle... :p

yip.. cant access it since around 11 AM of today again... sigh...

@Vexx - whats your necro build by the way? blood/curses/death?

i have recentely started a necro who is still in presearing... just want to know what would be her best secondary class, i am thinking of going Ranger for the pet mastery.

You probably want to go monk secondary for minion master. A necro can make plenty "pets" without needing a ranger secondary.

Hell's Precipice ......

Oi ..... a good half a day spent failing repeatedly on this mission.....

mmmm... should i be scared when i get there? is it bad like in BAD or just BAAD!?

Only Thunderhead keep is worse in my opinion. And that is only because it takes longer for a bad team to wipe out on THK. Fortunately, a bad team usually wipes out in less than 5 minutes in Hell's Precipice. One needs a good patient team. Any sign that the team is impatient, rather leave before they start. Also, always try to have a ranger with Winter in th group. That makes the mission a lot easier.
