Bit late, but I've been using:
It's managed through web interface, all I needed was VLAN functionality.

I received my Mikrotik RB260GSP...

Yeah I'm returning this thing to Scoop tomorrow.

I need an active POE with 1 GB ports.
POE in would be a good addition as well.

Would either of these be able to act as a UPS for a Raspberry Pi4.

Its 15W with 5V3A. But I doubt it pull that much on my regular usage

Did some searching now and according to the Anker forums, only the Powercore Fusion range supports pass through.

EDIT: i read all RAVpower powerbanks support passthough. Can anyone confirm if this is legit? I cant find an answer for this. Just speculations
